Lemon Crumbles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. French's lemon pie filling
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. soda cracker crumbs
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. butter or margarine (scant)
Preparation

Prepare lemon pie filling; set to cool.
Mix remaining ingredients together to make crumbs.
Save 1 cup of crumb mixture for topping.
Grease a pan with butter.
Pack crumb mixture in pan.
Add lemon pie filling and sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of crumb mixture on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
