Quick Garlic-Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. buttermilk baking mix
2/3 c. milk
1/2 to 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Mix the baking mix, milk and cheese until a soft dough forms; beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
Drop dough by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake about 10 minutes at 450\u00b0 or until lightly browned.
Mix butter, garlic powder and parsley flakes; brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet.
Serve warm.
