Meg'S Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut up
    buttermilk
    flour
    canola oil
    salt, black pepper and a dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt and pepper and soak in buttermilk overnight.
    Add all ingredients in a large bowl and then roll chicken in flour mixture one piece at a time until covered.
    Heat canola oil in skillet to 350\u00b0.
    Fry until golden brown, approximately 15 minutes on each side.
