Triple Good Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisins
    1 can condensed milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon peel
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. oleo
    1 1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. quaker oats, uncooked
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda & salt
    1 1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Heat oven 375\u00b0.
    Grease 13 x 9 baking pan.
    In med saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients.
    Cook over med heat stirring constantly, until it begins to boil.
    Remove from heat, cool slightly; set aside.
    Beat oleo, sugar and
    vanilla until fluffy. Add remaining and blend until mixed and crumbly.
    Reserve 2 c. Press remaining mixture onto bottom of prepared pan.
    Spread raisin mixture 1/2 inch of edge and sprinkle with remaining mixture.
    Pat lightly.
    Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool completely.
