Ingredients

2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries, thawed
1 c. sliced kiwi fruit, peeled
2 ripened bananas
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
1/2 c. pure maple syrup
1 c. water
1/3 c. oat bran
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Whirl until the ingredients are smoothly blended.
Heat, if desired (to preserve vitamin C, serve cold) and serve over hot pancakes or waffles.
Makes 8 (3/4 cup) servings.
Keep a supply in the freezer and reheat it whenever you serve pancakes or waffles.
