Funnel Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. milk
1 1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat milk and egg.
Blend dry ingredients and gradually add milk to mixture.
Heat Crisco in pan.
When hot, put a little batter in funnel.
Using circular motion, drip batter into hot Crisco.
When brown on one side, turn over.
When brown on both sides, put on a plate.
With a sifter, put 10x sugar on the Funnel Cake.
