Granny'S Pork Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4-6 pork chops
    5-6 potatoes, (peeled & sliced into 1/2 in. slices)
    1 can cheddar cheese soup
    2/3 soup can milk
Preparation
    Place prepared potatoes in bottom on greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
    Place pork chops on top.
    Combine soup with milk using fork or wire whisk.
    Pour evenly over chops and potatoes.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
    Remove covering and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Adjust cooking time down for boneless chops.
    Serves 4-6.
