Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta cheese, chopped
1 lb. butter, chopped
4 boxes confectioners sugar, sifted
1 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Put cheese and butter into a large bowl and melt in microwave about 1 to 2 minutes, stir often.
Mix cocoa with sugar.
When cheese is melted, add sugar mixture.
Mixing well.
Add pecans. Press on cookie sheet with wax paper on bottom.
Use wax paper on top to press into pan.
Garnish with whole pecan halves on top. Let set until cool then cut.
