Baked Corn With Cheese - cooking recipe

1 (12 oz.) can Shoepeg white corn, drained
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 oz. (1/2 a can) green chilies, drained and chopped
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
