Lumpia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. egg roll wrappers
    2 lb. ground beef or pork
    4 c. raw bean sprouts
    4 carrots, shredded
    1 or 2 bunches green onions, chopped
    1 medium head cabbage, shredded
Preparation
    Cook ground beef or pork; drain.
    Transfer beef or pork to a large pan.
    Put in all ingredients.
    Add garlic salt and soy sauce to taste.
    Stir occasionally and cook on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Drain in colander.
    Fill egg roll wrappers with ingredients, then deep fry until golden brown.
