Winter Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    Peel and dice. In saucepan, melt margarine. Add flour.
    Stir in milk.
    Bring to a boil, stirring all the time until thick.
    Add mayo, salt, pepper and dill weed.
    Pour over potatoes in baking dish.
    Bake without a lid for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
