Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. granulated sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped walnuts (may use raisins or dates or both, if desired)
1 large box vanilla instant pudding
Preparation

Combine with the wet mixture and mix together well.
Pour into two large greased loaf pans. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove from pans and place on wire rack to cool.
May be served warm or cold.
Stores well in freezer.
