Cornmeal Drop Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
    Combine milk, oil, honey and egg; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Drop dough by heaping tablespoons 2 inches apart, onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Yield:
    1 dozen (98 calories each).
