Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slightly beaten eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. milk, scalded
nutmeg (on top)
unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix well.
Mix all with hot milk and bake in unbaked pie shell at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes until firm and golden brown on top and inserted knife comes out clean.
