Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. can pumpkin (2 c.)
    1 2/3 c. Pet evaporated milk (1 tall can)
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 pie shells
Preparation
    Turn on oven and set at 375\u00b0.
    Mix brown sugar, flour, spices and salt in a 3-quart bowl.
    Add pumpkin, evaporated milk and egg and stir until smooth.
    Pour into unbaked shells.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes until knife inserted 2-inches from edge comes out clean. Serve warm or cold.
