Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breasts, skinned and sliced into bite size pieces
    1/2 lb. Moonlight mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
    1 (16 oz.) can chicken broth
    1/4 lb. snow peas
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 garlic cloves (medium size), chopped
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    3 c. rice, cooked
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch (if desired)
Preparation
    Brown chicken with olive oil and garlic.
    Add broth; bring to boil.
    Add mushrooms, soy sauce and sesame oil.
    To thicken (if desired), add cornstarch.
    Add snow peas 1 minute before turning it off.
    Serve over hot rice.
    Serves 4.
