Triple Chocolate Biscotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 egg yolk
    2 Tbsp. creme de cacao
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
    1/2 c. chopped, toasted Macadamia nuts
    1 egg white
    2 Tbsp. coarse sugar
Preparation
    Beat butter, 1 cup sugar, baking powder and 1/8 teaspoon salt until combined.
    Beat in 2 eggs, 1 egg yolk and creme de cacao, then add cocoa, flour, chocolate pieces and nuts.
    Divide dough in half.
    Shape into an 11-inch roll and flatten to 2-inches in width.
