Pan Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 lb. sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Saute pepper, onion and sausage until fully cooked; drain well.
In a 2-quart casserole dish, add rice, soup and cheese; mix well.
Add well drained meat mixture; mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered.
