Prawns - Garlic And Spice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. large fresh unpeeled prawns
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 cloves garlic, minced or garlic juice
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    lemon wedges (place around serving platter)
Preparation
    Cut prawns along the back with a small pair of scissors from end to just before the tail, leaving the shell and tail on. Remove the vein; rinse and dry with paper towel.
