Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. chopped onion

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, shape into cakes, fry in butter.
