Hot Milk Sponge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1 stick butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
pinch of salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat butter and milk in microwave until butter is melted. Beat eggs until fluffy; add sugar.
Add flour, salt and baking powder.
Mix with egg mixture.
Add hot milk mixture.
Add vanilla.
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Check at 30 minutes.
Some ovens are different.
Rub one stick of butter over hot cake.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over cake.
