Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine ingredients.
    Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
    Cool.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Top with egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar beaten stiff. Brown in oven at 425\u00b0 for about 3 to 5 minutes.
