Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Grease 9-inch spring-form pan with margarine.
Sprinkle with crumbs.
Beat cream cheese with cottage cheese until creamy.
Beat in sugar and eggs.
Beat in cornstarch, flour, lemon juice and vanilla.
Add melted butter and sour cream.
Pour into pan.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Turn off oven.
Let stand in oven 2 hours. Remove sides of pan and refrigerate.
Serve with fruit.
