Crock-Pot Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large potatoes
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 small onion
    1 stick butter
    16 oz. container sour cream
    onion flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes.
    Peel.
    Cut up.
    Peel and cut up onion.
    Mix soup, onion, sour cream and melted butter in crock-pot.
    Put potatoes in.
    Mix well.
    Sprinkle onion flakes on top (optional). Cook on low 1 to 2 hours.
