Macadamia Nut Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. fresh pork sausage
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
2/3 c. warm water
1/4 tsp. ground sage
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. corn bread stuffing mix
2 c. regular stuffing mix
2 c. rye bread, toasted and cubed
1 c. chopped macadamia nuts, toasted
1 1/2 c. milk (as needed for moisture)
Preparation

In large saucepan, cook sausage, celery and onion.
Drain off fat.
Dissolve bouillon in water; add to sausage mixture.
Add sage and pepper.
Stir in bread cubes and nuts.
