Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. Wesson oil
2 jars plum baby food
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar and oil.
Add plum baby food. Combine flour and nuts and add to other ingredients; mix well.
Bake in tube pan that has been buttered and floured at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
