Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (9-inch) pie crusts
1 box light brown sugar
1 stick margarine
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. corn meal
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
2 c. broken pecan pieces
Preparation

Cream margarine and light brown sugar, then add eggs, corn meal, water, vanilla, salt and pecans.
Mix well.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, until firm.
