Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head lettuce
    1 large bunch broccoli, flowerets only
    2 bunches green onions
    1 c. sugar
    1 large head cauliflower
    4 c. Colby cheese
    2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cut up lettuce, cauliflower and broccoli into a bowl.
    Then add chopped onions, topped with grated cheese.
    Mix sugar and mayonnaise and spread on top.
    Do not mix.
    Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate.
    Salad is best when prepared 2 to 3 hours before serving.
    When ready to serve, mix well.
