5 Hour Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck roast, cubed
    1 c. cubed carrots
    1 small can peas with liquid
    2 large potatoes, cubed
    1 can tomato sop (do not dilute)
    1 bay leaf (remove when done)
    oregano, thyme, rosemary and fennel seed (optional)
    2 onions, diced
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 can water
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
Preparation
    Combine in roasting pan or Dutch oven.
    Cover; put in oven at 275\u00b0 and forget for 5 hours.
