Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. milk
    10 oz. sharp cheese, cubed
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    dash of pepper
    tomato slices
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling salted water for about 6 minutes. In saucepan melt butter, blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk, cook and stir until thickened.
    Add cheese and onion.
    Stir until cheese melts.
    Stir in macaroni.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with tomato slices before serving.
