1 lb. hamburger
onion
1 envelope spaghetti sauce
15 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. flour
Preparation

Brown beef and onion; drain fat.
Stir in spaghetti sauce mix, tomato sauce and water; simmer for 10 minutes.
Put mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan; top with Mozzarella.
Put in oven to keep warm. Beat eggs, milk and oil in bowl until foamy.
Beat in flour until smooth.
(This will be runny.) Pour over meat mixture; cover with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
