Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz. each) cans salmon, drained, boned and flaked
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Mix well. Spread on a serving platter and shape into a loaf or ball. Top with sour cream. Serve with crackers.
