Play-Doh - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. plain flour
1/2 c. table salt
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. water
2 tsp. cream of tartar
food coloring

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in heavy saucepan.
Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat, about 3 minutes.
Add desired food color while cooking.
