Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 bananas, mashed
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar together.
Add oil, eggs and pineapple.
Mix by hand.
Add bananas and nuts; mix.
Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until done.
Let cool about 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Frost.
