Ingredients

20 Oreo cookies
1 half gal. vanilla ice cream
12 oz. container Cool Whip
Hershey's chocolate syrup (1 can)
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 stick butter
Preparation

Break up Oreo cookies.
Mix together softened vanilla ice cream, Cool Whip and Oreos.
Put in 13 x 9-inch pan and freeze.
