Bourbon Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    8 Tbsp. bourbon
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
    1 stick paraffin
Preparation
    Soak nuts in bourbon (overnight).
    Drain.
    Mix powdered sugar, butter and nuts.
    Shape into ball; place in refrigerator until cool enough to roll into balls.
    Melt paraffin and chocolate bits in double boiler.
    Dip candy balls into chocolate.
    Place on wax paper.
