Roy'S Mother'S Eggless Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
