Potato Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    10 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and grated
    1 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt margarine in saucepan. Stir in cheese.
    Heat until cheese melts. Combine with potatoes in bowl. Add sour cream, onion and seasonings.
    Mix well. Spoon into
    greased shallow 3-quart baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Garnish with paprika, if desired.
    Cut into squares to serve.
    Yields 12 servings.
