Microwave Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 T. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 T. cocoa
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Place margarine and cocoa in a 8 inch square microwavable baking dish.
    Microwave for 1 minute, add sugar; mix until smooth. Add egg, milk, vanilla, flour, baking powder, salt and nuts. Place a small glass, bottom side down, in the center of dish to prevent soggy center.
    Microwave 5 1/2 to 6 minutes.
    Rotate dish 1/4 turn ever 1 1/2 minutes.
