Turkey Fruit Cup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 orange
    1/4 apple
    1/4 banana
    celery leaves
    lettuce leaf
    carrot round
    chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Scoop out center of orange half (it helps to first cut along inside of rind).
    Dice orange center and place it in small bowl. Dice and combine with other fruits.
    Add chopped nuts, if desired. Fill orange cup with diced fruit.
    Add toothpick for a neck, a carrot round for head and half a toothpick for a beak.
    Stick celery leaves in back for feathers.
    Set on lettuce leaf on plate.
