Apple Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. apple cider
    1/4 c. nonfat sour ream
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    3 1/2 c. finely shredded red cabbage
    2 small unpared Granny Smith apples, cored and finely diced
    1/2 c. minced red onion
Preparation
    In large bowl, whisk together cider, sour cream, vinegar, caraway seed, salt and mustard.
    Add cabbage, apple and onion. Toss, cover and chill 1 hour.
    Toss before serving.
