Dietetic Apple Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices dry bread
    1 Tbsp. diet margarine
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    3 c. apples, sliced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. dietetic maple topping
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Make crumbs from bread toasted in the oven.
    Mix crumbs with margarine, cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon allspice.
    Mix apples with lemon juice, maple topping and the rest of allspice.
    Spread in well greased shallow pan (8-inch round). Cover with crumb mixture and bake 45 minutes or until apples are tender.
    Serve warm.
    Yields 6 servings.
