Apple Crunch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. diced apples

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Grease
tube pan and pour mixture in.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
