Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    12 slices Swiss cheese
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. light cream
    1 1/4 tsp. melted butter
    a few grains cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Bake pie shell 5 to 6 minutes.
    Sprinkle bacon (which was broiled to a crisp).
    Put cheese slices to cover bottom of crust. Beat eggs, flour, salt, cayenne and nutmeg.
    Add milk and butter. Stir well and pour into crust.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes until custard is done and top is slightly brown.
