Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1/3 c. ground pepperoni
    1 1/2 Tbsp. onion
    2 1/4 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms, remove stems and chop.
    Cook pepperoni, onion, parsley flakes and chopped mushroom stems in butter about 3 minutes.
    Mix in bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Stuff mushroom caps with mix.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
