(Mizeria) Cukes And Sour Cream(Polish Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 good sized cucumbers
2 Tbsp. salt
pepper
3/4 to 1 c. heavy sour cream
vinegar (white)

Preparation

Peel cucumbers and slice very thin rounds.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and set aside for 1 hour.
Drain off liquid. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
Add heavy sour cream, then add vinegar to taste.
