Strawberry Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 can condensed milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 pkg. strawberry jello
1 box vanilla wafers
1/2 c. butter, softened
strawberries to garnish
Cool Whip

Preparation

In
medium size pan, crush vanilla wafers.
Melt butter and pour
over wafers to soften.
In mixing bowl mix together cream cheese,
lemon
juice
and milk until cheese is smooth. Pour over crushed vanilla wafers.
Chill until cheese is firm. Mix
jello according
to
package
and
pour over firm cheese mixture.
Chill again
until jello firms.\tTop with Cool Whip and garnish with strawberries.
