Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn meal (self-rising)
1/2 c. pimentos, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 or more jalapeno peppers
1/2 c. bacon drippings
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 can cream-style corn
1 c. American grated cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 400\u00b0 about 35 minutes.
