Anytime Spinach Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 to 4 drops Tabasco sauce (optional)
    1/4 tsp. sage (optional)
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Cook spinach and dried onion until spinach is totally defrosted; drain well.
    Mix warm spinach and butter until butter is melted.
    Add stuffing, cheese, Tabasco and sage.
    Mix well. Stir in eggs.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    (May be frozen up to 4 months.)
    Cook frozen bites on a greased baking sheet for 15 to 20 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
    Bake thawed bites for 6 to 8 minutes.
