Cornell Barbecue Chicken(As In Cornell University) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
3/4 c. oil
2 c. cider vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 eggs
Preparation

Wash chicken (skin).
Mix sauce with a beater for about 2 minutes to emulsion consistency.
Heat sauce and chicken for about 20 minutes or so (just to boil).
Take chicken out and barbecue or broil for 30 minutes or until done, turning every 5 minutes.
Dunk chicken in sauce before each turn.
